liblexical-persistence-perl software package provides module for accessing persistent data through lexical variables, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblexical-persistence-perl
liblexical-persistence-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblexical-persistence-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblexical-persistence-perl *
You will get with liblexical-persistence-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
